The Older Adult Ministry of Owosso First United Methodist Church is founded on the principle that ongoing faith development of Midlife and older adults is critical for the transformation of our community. The church environment is where the wisdom, skills, experience and faith which often abound in midlife and older adults are being intentionally developed and fully utilized. We will provide quality resources and valuable training support to help equip leaders which focuses on sharing information and raising awareness, promoting intergenerational service opportunities, building self-esteem, and augment government resources and develop an ecumenical linkage in the community.
