As a prayer quilt ministry, our purpose is to bring restoration by extending Christ’s care to people who are experiencing life-threatening, life-altering events. The person recieves not just a quilt, but a symbol of faith in God, and in the power to comfort, strengthen and heal. Prayers & Squares is a non-profit, interfaith ministry dedicated to promoting prayer through hand-tied quilts. As each knot is tied, a silent prayer is said for someone, who then receives the quilt as a healing gift of love.
The prayer quilt circle meets the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 9 AM.
